Getting and starting your exam
Get your exam in the candidate portal and start it online whenever you are ready. [Access period after purchase — to be confirmed.]
Identification
Your government ID number is recorded before you start, and the name on your account must match your ID.
Online exam rules
Take the exam alone, in a quiet room, without other devices, notes, AI tools or outside help. Leaving the exam window is recorded and may lead to a review of your attempt.
Timing
The timer starts when you press Start and keeps running if you close the page. When time runs out, the exam is submitted automatically with your saved answers.
Accommodations
Candidates needing extra time or other support email [email protected] before getting their exam.
Results
Every submitted exam is verified by the CIAI certification office. We confirm your result and publish your certificate within 24–48 hours.
Retakes
Retakes are unlimited. You can take an exam again as soon as your previous attempt is finished; the exam fee applies to each attempt.
Confidentiality
Exam questions are confidential. Copying, recording or sharing them is prohibited.
Misconduct
The attempt is voided and any certificate based on it is marked Invalid.

Candidates may appeal a result or decision within 15 days in writing to [email protected].
