Verify a CIAI credential

Enter the certificate ID or scan the QR code on the certificate. The check is free and instant.

For privacy, verification shows only the holder's name, the credential, its version, issue date and status.

How verification works

  • Every certificate has a unique ID in the format CIAI-{CREDENTIAL}-{YEAR}-{serial}.
  • The QR code on each certificate opens its verification page directly.
  • Status is live: approvals and other decisions by the certification office appear immediately.

What the statuses mean

Valid
The certificate has been verified and approved by CIAI. The holder has earned this credential.
Pending verification
The holder has completed the exam and CIAI is verifying the result. This normally takes 24–48 hours.
Invalid
The certificate is not valid: the result was not confirmed or the certificate was withdrawn.
